Koudelka finished his Ph.D. in 2014 at Department of Radio-ELectronics - Brno University of Technology as a member of computational electromagnetics laboratory. His interest has been focused on machine learning applied in electromagnetics. Generalized phenomena from machine learning have common background with solving inverse problems like microwave tomography, EEG source localization, fMRI signal deconvolution and EEG-fMRI data fusion. This formed his interests towards brain imaging techniques.  Koudelka is currently a leader of Aplied Technology in Neuroscience (ATiN) group at National Institute of Mental Health. He is focused on EEG data analysis, source localization techniques, multimodal data synchronization and fusion, and laboratory hardware prototyping.
